ANU Romaine Rutnam Scholarship 2019 offered by the Australian National University for women from Sri Lanka to pursue their Ph.D. at the university. The value of the scholarship is $30,000 per annum for three years and covers tuition fees, a stipend for living expenses, health cover, leave provision, and fieldwork allowances.
Eligibility:
- Applicant must be an international candidate;
- Must have applied for admission to a Ph.D. or Professional Doctorate by a Research program at ANU
- Must have applied in the areas of public health, social justice, ecological sustainability or conflict resolution or a related area;
- Must have a Bachelor degree with first-class honors or a Master degree with a research component or equivalent
- Must have a research proposal with a clearly articulated aim to help foster the resilience of Sri Lankan communities
- Must be a female candidate who is a citizen or permanent resident of Sri Lanka.
Required Documents:
- A two-page maximum (A4) research proposal
- CV or resume;
- 3 references we may contact, including at least 1 referee from a tertiary academic institution.
