The China Scholarships Council (CSC) / Victoria University Scholarship Scheme is a doctoral scholarship program offered in collaboration between the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and Victoria University of Wellington. This program allows selected Chinese students to enroll at Victoria University of Wellington and undertake doctoral studies. Upon successful completion of the program requirements, including defending their dissertation, students will be conferred degrees by the Victoria University of Wellington.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be Chinese nationals.
- Applicants must be admitted into the PhD program at Victoria University of Wellington.
- Applicants must complete the requirements of the designated program.

- The candidates must submit the supporting documentation including the references.
Value of the Scholarship:
- Selected candidates are awarded the following benefits:
- Tuition fees for up to 48 months,
- A 'round trip' airfare to Wellington by the most economical route,
