International Accommodation Award at Prifysgol Aberystwyth University 2027:

The International Accommodation Award helps new international students settle into university while reducing the cost of studying in the UK. It is available to eligible students on Foundation, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programmes. Students completing a foundation year or progressing from the International Foundation Programme to an Aberystwyth undergraduate degree may receive additional accommodation support in their second year. Students returning to Aberystwyth for another degree may also be eligible, subject to availability and the relevant requirements.

The award normally covers accommodation in Cwrt Mawr, or another University-managed residence where necessary. Accommodation options are subject to availability and the award’s terms and conditions.

Eligibility Criteria for the International Accommodation Award at Prifysgol Aberystwyth University 2027:

• Applicant must be classified as a new student paying international tuition fees.
• Applicant must be admitted to an eligible programme of study at Aberystwyth University.
• Applicant must have applied for the relevant course by 1 August.
• Applicant must meet the standard academic entry requirements for the chosen programme.
• Applicant must be enrolled in an eligible Foundation, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programme.
• Applicant must not be a BSc Nursing student.
• Applicant must not be paying home tuition fees.
• Applicant must not be travelling with dependants if they wish to receive the accommodation award, as students with dependants must arrange private accommodation independently.

Application Process for the International Accommodation Award at Prifysgol Aberystwyth University 2027:

• Applicant must accept the offer to study at Aberystwyth University.
• Applicant must pay the tuition fee deposit, if required.
• Applicant must register for the University’s Accommodation Portal.
• Applicant must apply for accommodation as early as possible, as accommodation is allocated subject to availability.

Value of the Award:

• The award covers 100% of the cost of University-owned Cwrt Mawr accommodation for the first year, effectively providing free accommodation, subject to availability and the award’s terms and conditions.
