I recently completed my loan process through WMS, and I would like to thank Vaishnavi Pothula for her continuous support and guidance throughout the journey. She was polite, responsive, and explained every step of the process clearly, making the documentation and formalities easy to understand.
It's great to see this initiative being part of the Government-funded Digital India campaign, helping more people access financial services and opportunities. The overall support from WMS was professional, and I appreciate the effort the team puts into assisting applicants.
One area that definitely needs improvement is the loan processing timeline. My loan sanction took around 20 days, and after sanction, the disbursement took another 5 days. The overall process felt sluggish, and this delay was disappointing. Faster processing would significantly improve the customer experience and help applicants who need funds urgently.
Apart from the delay, my experience with Vaishnavi Pothula was positive. She remained supportive, answered my queries patiently, and stayed in touch until the process was completed.
Overall, I would recommend WMS to others because of the helpful staff and genuine initiative. I hope the organization focuses on reducing the sanction and disbursement timelines, as that would make the entire experience much better.
