Carnegie Trust Undergraduate Tuition Fee Grants
Eligibility
- The Carnegie Trust Undergraduate Tuition Fee Grants are available to individuals from low-income households who are ineligible for tuition fee support from the Scottish Government.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Residency: Must reside in Scotland at the time of applying and have completed at least two years of secondary education in Scotland, or demonstrate a substantial and recent connection to Scotland.
- Eligibility to remain in the UK: Must be entitled to remain indefinitely in the UK, have Limited Leave to Remain, or be an asylum seeker.
- Financial Need: Must live in a low-income household.
- Degree Status: Applicants must not have already graduated with a university degree and must be enrolled on an undergraduate degree course.
- No Public Funding: Must not be eligible for public funds towards tuition fees, whether in Scotland, the UK, or abroad.
