    We are US citizens Living in Cook Islands-Our 18 yr old son Akatapu, has been accepted to attend Berklee College of Music in America, and we would like to apply for any scholarships he might be eligible for, but many scholarships require USA residency and USA High School graduation. Akatapu is a very talented and extraordinary guitarist and musician , however, he is in a unique but contradictory situation, which has a negative impact on his eligibility because many scholarships require US residency, US High School graduation. 1. Akatapu Fernandez Sabatano was born and has lived in the Cook Islands South Pacific ALL his life. 2. His mother is Filipino (with New Zealand and Filipino citizenship) , His father is Italian -American (has US and NZ citizenships) and AKATAPU has US, NZ citizenships and Permanent Residency in Cook Islands. 3. He graduated High School from Cook Islands National College in Dec 2023 with a 2.9 GPA and has been accepted to Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, USA commencing Sept 2024. Can You PLEASE tell us if there are any Scholarships for young students in his racial-ethnic category who intend studying in field of Music in USA, he will start at Berklee College of Music?
