Overview
The PhD project focuses on understanding the virulence mechanisms of newly discovered Campylobacter species through bioinformatics, genome editing, organoid and tissue culture, and animal work.
Eligibility criteria:
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Have strong microbiology skills
- Have experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR, cloning, sequencing, and gene expression analysis.
- Have completed a relevant Bachelor's degree with Honours or a Master's degree.
