Overview
The WDARF is a national-level research fund managed by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), on behalf of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). The fund is designed to support applied research in workforce development and lifelong learning to align with national policies and the key thrusts of SkillsFuture Singapore.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to faculty/researchers from local institutes (universities, polytechnics, ITE), research institutes, CET providers, and government organizations.
- Foreign researchers can collaborate if a local institution is involved and at least one team member is Singaporean/Singapore PR.
Principal Investigators must:- Hold an EdD/PhD.
- Have 5+ years of research experience.
- Have led or managed similar research grants.
Application Process:
All interested applicants must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) by 13 July 2026 using the form. Only shortlisted applications will be invited to submit full proposals.
