The Ghent University is offering a fully-funded fellowship in Russian Literature.

Eligibility

  • The applicants for Ghent University Ph.D. Fellowship in Russian Literature, 2017 should have a Master’s degree in Slavic and East European studies.
  • The candidates are expected to have a good command of the Russian language.
  • The applicants should have an interest in Russian literature.
  • The candidates are expected to fulfill the requirements of their master's degree at the start of their appointment.
  • The applicants for Ghent University Ph.D. Fellowship in Russian Literature, 2017 must also have good written and verbal communication in the English language.
  • The candidates must write and defend the Ph.D. dissertation during the fellowship period.

Established in 1817 by King William I of the Netherlands, Ghent University (Dutch: Universiteit Gent, abbreviated as UGent) is a public research university located in Ghent, Belgium.
