Eligibility Criteria for Humboldt Research Track Scholarship 2026:

Be an outstanding Master’s student or graduate planning to pursue a doctorate.
Intend to undertake a PhD at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (or HU graduates may pursue a doctorate elsewhere).
Have excellent academic results.
Submit an original and high-quality doctoral research proposal.
Apply during or after Master’s studies, but funding starts only after graduation.

Value of Humboldt Research Track Scholarship 2026:

€1,000 per month
Duration: up to 6 months
Additional support:
- €400/month for first child
- €100/month for each additional child
