The International Masters Excellence Scholarships offered by the University of Leeds School of Education enable international students to reach their full academic potential and enhance the social and cultural diversity of our student body.

Eligibility for School of Education International Excellence Scholarships at the University of Leeds:

  • Applicants must be classified as an international student for tuition fee purposes     
  • Applicants must have applied for 2025/26 entry for an eligible taught master's course. You do not need to have received an offer of study before applying for the scholarship  
  • Applicants must be self-funding or partially funded 
  • Applicants must demonstrate an excellent academic track record and be predicted to achieve or have achieved a 2.1, based on the criteria used by the School for offer purposes, or equivalent   
  • Applicants must show excellent professional and personal skills evidenced through work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
