University of Starthclyde Fraser of Allander Institute (FAI) Home/EU Scholarships for MSc Applied Economics 2024

Six partial scholarships are being offered by the Fraser of Allander Institute (FAI) to domestic and EU students who have been offered a spot in the full-time MSc Applied Economics program starting in September 2024. In 1975, the University of Strathclyde's Fraser of Allander Institute (FAI) was introduced to the Scottish public eye. It has established itself as a preeminent independent economic research center with a focus on the Scottish economy in the forty years that have passed.

Eligibility for University of Strathclyde Fraser of Allander Institute (FAI) Home/EU Scholarships for MSc Applied Economics:

• Candidates must already have an offer of a spot on the full-time MSc Applied Economics program for admission in September 2024 and be self-funded, meaning they cannot be receiving financing from any other scholarships, employer sponsorship, etc.
• Interested candidates should submit a maximum of a 1000-word statement outlining why they should be given this scholarship based on their ideas, background, and future professional goals (including why they chose to enroll in the MSc Applied Economics).  In addition, candidates' financial necessity and overall application quality will be taken into account.
• Please be aware that students are only qualified for one University of Strathclyde scholarship each academic year.
• Only students categorized as having home fee status—that is, those from Scotland, the rest of the UK, or the EU with settled status—are eligible for these scholarships.
