Overview

Eligibility for the HOSEI International Fund (HIF) International Student Scholarship:

  • Applicants can be from any country other than Japan.
  • Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program offered by the university.
  • Students should achieve the minimum academic excellence requirements by the school of enrollment.
  • Candidates must be 2nd,3rd, and 4th year students who require financial aid for educational purposes.

Value of the Scholarship:

Successful applicants of the HOSEI International Fund (HIF) International Student Scholarship will receive an amount of 

  • 200,000 JPY per year for the Humanities and;
  • 250,000 JPY per year for the Science.

Applications: Every year in September, applications are opened, and those who do well academically will be awarded scholarships.
