Eligibility Criteria for Deakin India Merit Scholarship 25%:

Applicants must:

  • Be an Indian citizen residing in India at the time of application.
  • Apply through a Deakin authorised agent based in India.
  • For postgraduate study: have an overall undergraduate score of 75% or above.
  • For undergraduate study: have an overall 12th standard score of 80% or above (as specified by the Department of Education).
  • Maintain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65% throughout the course.
  • Meet the English language requirements for the chosen course.
  • Be able to travel to Australia and commence on-campus study.

Value of Deakin India Merit Scholarship 25%:

25% reduction in total tuition fees, as stated on the offer letter.

Application Process:

  • No separate scholarship application is required.
  • If eligible, the 25% fee reduction is automatically applied to the student account after the census date.
