- Applicants of Heriot-Watt University Psychology Ph.D. Scholarships, 2017 are required to have either a first-class honors undergraduate degree and a Masters degree with a dissertation mark of at least 65%, or an upper second- class honors undergraduate degree with a Masters degree (with distinction) and a dissertation mark of at least 65%.
