Applicants must:
- Be a national of India or an African country.
- Hold a conditional or unconditional offer for one of the eligible postgraduate programmes.
- Hold a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a subject relevant to the programme applied for.
- Be self‑funded.
- Not be referred by an agency.
