Eligibility Criteria for Flinders University Thesis Write-Up Stipend Round 2 2026:

Applicants must:

Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Be enrolled in a Higher Degree by Research (HDR) at Flinders University
Be in:
- 3rd or 4th year (PhD), OR
- 2nd year (Master’s by research with 72-unit thesis)
Demonstrate readiness to write up the thesis
Have strong support from their principal supervisor confirming readiness
Not have previously held a scholarship for the current degree.

Value of Flinders University Thesis Write-Up Stipend Round 2 2026:

The thesis write-up stipend will normally pay the equivalent of a Flinders University Research Scholarship for: six months full-time in the case of PhD, or three months full-time in the case of Masters students.
