GO STYRIA Scholarships, are open to students of south-Eastern European countries who wish to study Master's, Ph.D. or Postdoctoral at the University of Graz. 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be students at a university in South-Eastern Europe.
  • Applicants must already be working on their master’s or doctoral thesis.
  • Applicants must exhibit superior academic standing.

Application Process:

  • Interested candidates must apply online for the scholarship.
  • The candidates must upload the following supporting documents:
    • Scan of passport/national ID card,
    • Home university (official name in the relevant national language and English or German),
    • Level of the degree program and field of study,
    • The time frame of the planned research mobility: winter or summer semester, duration, planned period.

Value of the Scholarship:

  • The successful applicants will receive:
    • EUR 900 per month.
    • Exemption from tuition fees.
