Eligibility:
- The Landmark Scholarship Program is a nomination-based scholarship program that accepts exceptional candidates recommended by Focal Officials of Program member nations.
- All ten (10) ASEAN Member Countries that are taking part in the Landmark Scholarship Program—Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam must have citizens.
- Candidates should possess both relevant job experience and an exceptional academic background.
- Candidates must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Applicants seeking a master's degree must possess a bachelor's degree or a degree that is higher than or equal to one.
- Applicants seeking a doctorate must possess a master's degree or a degree that is higher than or equal to one.
