About:
The Department of Sociology is pleased to announce two Doctoral studentships for postgraduate research starting in October 2023. Two awards will be made to outstanding postgraduate researchers whose work aligns with the research themes of the Department of Sociology.
Eligibility for the Department of Sociology Doctoral studentships:
- Applicants must have an offer letter for a PhD course in sociology offered at the University of Surrey to avail of this scholarship.
- Students applying for Studentships in Sociology can be both international or domestic students.
- Candidates must surpass the admission requirements set by the University.
Benefits:
Studentships will cover, for three years or pro-rata part-time, full fees (at home or international rate), an annual stipend (GBP 16,000), and a training grant of GBP 500 per year.
