- Candidates applying for ISSCE International Scholarship in School of Civil Engineering, 2017 must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.
- Applicants of ISSCE International Scholarship in School of Civil Engineering, 2017 must be aged less than 45 years and have graduated with a bachelor's degree.
- HSK certificate level 4 of no less than 180 scores is required for programs with Chinese as the language of instruction.
- For programs with English as the language of instruction, English proficiency certificate is required (TOEFL 80 or IELTS 6.0 or pass the TJU interview).
