Eligibility Criteria for Vice-Chancellor's International Excellence Scholarship for India:
Applicants must:
- be citizens or permanent residents of India
- be new international students applying for full-time undergraduate or postgraduate study at the University of Waikato (New Zealand)
- hold a conditional or unconditional offer of place from the university
- have a minimum academic achievement equivalent to B+ GPA
- not already be enrolled at the University of Waikato or receiving restricted sponsored funding
- not be coming through exchange, articulation, or sponsored arrangements.
Value of Vice-Chancellor's International Excellence Scholarship for India:
Provides a tuition fee credit of up to NZD $15,000 for undergraduate study and up to NZD $10,000 for postgraduate study.
