The University of Birmingham - The Kennedy Trust MB-PhD Programme 2024 offers scholarships to those students who will be pursuing PhD studentships in Musculoskeletal and Inflammatory Diseases at the university. The Kennedy Trust launched this MB-PhD scheme in 2020.
Eligibility for University of Birmingham - The Kennedy Trust MB-PhD Programme 2024:
Students will be eligible for this scholarship program only if they have either completed four years of their MBChB or three years if they are on the Graduate Entry Course (GEC) and also they must have completed or been completing an intercalating degree OR have completed an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (for GEC students only).
Value of the University of Birmingham - The Kennedy Trust MB-PhD Programme 2024:
- A living stipend (£22,000 in year 1, £24,159 in year 2, £25,400 in year 3)
- Ph.D. tuition fee costs, up to £14,249
- Laboratory consumables (£5,000 per year) and a training allowance of £10,000.
