Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are cordially invited to apply for the Garrurru Indigenous Undergraduate Scholarship by the ANU College of Asia and the Pacific. The Award's goal is to remedy the underrepresentation of Indigenous Australians in ANU College of Asia and the Pacific undergraduate degree programs. Eligibility for Garrurru Indigenous Undergraduate Scholarship at Australian National University:
- The candidate must identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person and be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander lineage; moreover, the applicant must be accepted by their community.
- The ANU College of Asia and the Pacific shall extend an offer of admission to the candidate for a bachelor's degree.
Value/Benefits of the Scholarship:
Scholarship recipients will receive annual funding of $15,000 for the length of a typical undergraduate program, which is three years full-time for a single undergraduate degree and four years full-time for a flexible or vertical double degree.
