Overview

SEMO Residence Life Leadership Award is offered by Southeast Missouri State University. These scholarships are available to students who attend secondary or postsecondary schools accredited by a recognized agency such as the state departments of education or the North Central Association. The Residence Life Leadership Award is awarded to regularly admitted beginning freshmen students at the time of admission, who will live in a Southeast residence hall.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be incoming freshmen.
  • Applicant must live in a Southeast residence hall.
  • Applicants must score 18 ACT or 960 SAT and 3.00 CGPA.
  • Test optional with a 3.25 cumulative high school GPA
  • Students will be recognized for the following activities: BETA Club, Boys State, DeMolay International, Girls State, HOBY, Eagle Scout, Girl Scout Gold Award, Missouri A+ high school graduate, and Missouri Renaissance Program. 

Application Process:

All applications are automatically considered for the scholarship.

Value of the Award:

The selected candidates are awarded USD 1,000 toward residence hall fees.
