Eligibility Criteria:

Overseas Fee-Paying Status:

You must be an international student who pays fees at the overseas rate.
Offer for Full-Time Bachelor's Degree: You must have an offer to study a full-time bachelor's degree at FHEQ Level 4 (first-year entry).

Self-Funded:

You need to be self-funded, meaning you're paying for your studies independently, without being sponsored or receiving another scholarship.

Exclusions:

Students from Surrey International Study Centre (SISC) are not eligible.
If you are already receiving the International Excellence Scholarship, you cannot apply for this one.

How to Apply:

UCAS Application:

If you have applied to the University of Surrey through UCAS by 30 June.

Application Deadline:

For September 2026, applications will close on 20 July 2026.

Scholarship Form:

Once you have an offer, you can complete the scholarship application form.
You’ll need your student ID/UCAS ID to apply—applications without this will not be assessed.
