  To qualify for the University of Surrey International Excellence Award (Undergraduate), candidates must:
  - Be classified as an overseas fee-paying student.
  - Possess an offer to pursue a full-time bachelor's degree program at FHEQ Level 4 (first-year entry).
  - Be self-funded, meaning they must independently cover the costs of their studies rather than being sponsored or receiving another scholarship.
  - Note that this scholarship is not available to students from the Surrey International Study Centre (SISC).
  - Understand that recipients of the International Excellence scholarship will not be considered for any other scholarships offered by Surrey.
