Thornton Foundation PhD Scholarship at University of Queensland (UQ) 2022

The objective of the University of Queensland - Thornton Foundation Ph.D. Scholarship 2022 is to provide support for outstanding opportunities to domestic students in the field of research in study areas of Medicine, Science and Mathematics courses at The University of Queensland.

Eligibility for University of Queensland - Thornton Foundation Ph.D. Scholarship 2022:

• University of Queensland - Thornton Foundation Ph.D. Scholarship 2022 is open to only international applicants.
• The scholarship is open to domestic candidates who are interested to undertake a Doctor of Philosophy with the Queensland Brain Institute (QBI).
• Applicants must demonstrate strong commitment and academic performance.
• Based on the online application of the candidate, an assessment will be made of the level of understanding, motivation, time commitment and financial support of the applicant for the proposed program of study.
• High Degree Research students produce new knowledge and expertise that is innovative, relevant and progressive. 
• All the progression requirements and program-specific criteria must be met by the students.

Value of University of Queensland - Thornton Foundation Ph.D. Scholarship 2022:

• The successful applicants of the University of Queensland - Thornton Foundation Ph.D. Scholarship 2022 will receive an award of AUD 30000 per year.
• The scholarship duration is three years with the possibility of two 6-month extensions in approved circumstances
