Overview

IDEAS Scholarship Programme 2020-2021 initiated by the Government of Ireland for the citizens of Vietnam. There are 30 IDEAS Scholarships available for students who would choose Ireland to pursue their Master's degree.

Eligibility for IDEAS Scholarship Programme 2020-2021:

  • The applicant must be a citizen of Vietnam.
  • At least two years of work experience after their Bachelor's Degree.
  • The applicant's Master degree interest must align with their undergraduate studies.
  • Must return to Vietnam after completion of Degree.

Deadline for IDEAS Scholarship Programme 2020-2021:

  • The deadline for IDEAS Scholarship Programme 2019-2020 is 19th September 2020.

  • Scholarship awards cover visa fees, international airfares, full tuition fees, public health insurance, a monthly stipend to cover accommodation and subsistence costs and a settling-in allowance. Scholarships are for individuals for full-time study of up 12 months duration for Masters programmes.

Collateral includes either: Immovable property – a house or a flat or land (or) liquid security – an FD, or LIC or shares or bonds.
