Eligibility Criteria for the Sumners Scholarship at Mississippi State University 2025:

Award Criteria for undergraduates:

• Be enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited institution.
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.50.
• Be a permanent resident of Attala, Carroll, Choctaw, Montgomery, or Webster counties in Mississippi.
• Be enrolled in a minimum of 12 semester hours (full-time student status).
• Be a Mississippi resident to qualify for this scholarship.
• Submit an application annually to be considered for continued funding.
