The School of Law Admission Scholarship for the Master of Laws Programme is a scholarship established by the CityU School of Law to support new intakes of the Master of Laws (LLM) programme. The scholarship aims to recognize academic excellence and provide financial assistance to deserving candidates pursuing various streams within the LLM programme.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be new intakes for the Master of Laws (LLM) programme at CityU School of Law for the academic year 2022/23.
- Selection of recipients is primarily based on academic achievements.
- Applicants may be invited to an interview as part of the selection process.
Value of the Scholarship :
- There will be a maximum of 3 scholarships available, each valued at HKD 30,000 for the academic year 2022/23.
- The scholarship amount will be used to cover the University tuition fees directly.
Application Process:
- Applicants must accept the admission offer, enrol in the LLM programme, pay all required fees, and commence their study in Semester A of the given academic year.
- Recipients must undertake a minimum academic load of 6 credit units in Semester A.
- Maintaining good academic standing throughout the study period of the LLM programme is required.
- Completion of the LLM programme and obtaining an LLM degree within the maximum study period are essential.
