Overview

The School of Engineering of the University of Edinburgh offers Masters scholarships for the 2025-26 academic session. The Scholarships are supported by the Edinburgh & SE Scotland City Region Deal and funded by the Scottish Government.

Eligibility Criteria for the HCI Skills Gateway Scholarship at  University of Edinburgh 2025:

  • Applicants must hold UK Home Fees status.
  • Applicants must be domiciled or working in the South-East of Scotland at least during their studies.
  • Applicants must have been accepted for admission on either of the following programmes:
    • MSc Fire Engineering Science
    • MSc Sustainable Energy Systems
    • MSc Urban Strategies and design
    • MSc Advanced Sustainable Design

Application Process:

All eligible candidates must complete the online application form to be considered for the scholarship.

Value of the Scholarship:

Successful applicants will receive £9,000  towards the cost of tuition fees for a postgraduate Master's.
