Elite Athlete Sports Scholarship at Macquaire University 2024

The Elite Athlete Sports Scholarship program is offered by Macquarie University. The Sports Scholarship intends to support athletes to continue their education while pursuing their participation in high-performance sports.

Eligibility:

• Applicant must be a member of a national open squad or equivalent (e.g. AIS, Olympic, or Paralympic teams).
• Applicant must be a member of a national age squad or equivalent (e.g. junior national team, U19 – U21 national teams).
• Applicant must demonstrate consistent international representation in open teams and individual sports competitions.
• Applicant must hold a state squad open membership or equivalent.
• Applicants must secure the Top 5 national open ranking for individual sports.
• Applicants must secure the Top 10 national age ranking for individual sports.
• Applicants must participate in national professional sporting competitions.
• Applicant must be a finalist at an age or open competition.
