Overview

Eligibility Criteria for UC Product Design Scholarship:

  • Applicants must have completed, or be completing, a university entrance-level qualification.
  • Applicants must have studied at secondary level in New Zealand or overseas at Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu in the year of application (or, in the case of a gap year, in the year immediately prior).
  • International students who meet the requirements are eligible to apply.
  • The scholarship is tenable during full-time enrolment in the first and second years of a program for an undergraduate degree in one of the following:
    • Bachelor of Product Design (BProdDesign)
    • Conjoint Bachelor of Product Design and Bachelor of Commerce (BProdDesign/BCom)
    • Conjoint Bachelor of Product Design and Bachelor of Science (BProdDesign/BSc)

Value of UC Product Design Scholarship:

The scholarship provides financial assistance to a value of $5,000 per annum.

Application process:

Applications must be made online at the Scholarships website by 7th August.

This scholarship will not be offered for study in 2026
