Overview

Regroupement des Personnes Etudiantes en ergoothérapie de l'Université Laval (RÉEL) and the late Line Robichaud, the program's director, launched this scholarship project in 2009. This year, REEL has once again chosen to provide the prize to the baccalaureate student, across all cohorts combined, who has shown balance in both their personal and intellectual lives.

Eligibility for Occupational Balance Scholarship at Laval University:

  • Applicants can be of any nationality.
  • Applicants must be enrolled in the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the university.
  • Applicants must engage in constructive activities in a balanced and healthful way.
    • These include paid employment, volunteer activity, and academic pursuits.
  • Applicants must engage in self-care in a balanced and healthful manner.
    • These include working out, cooking, sleeping, and taking care of your health in any other way.
  • Applicants must engage in a variety of recreational pursuits in a balanced and healthful manner.
    • These include sports, social events, creative endeavors, etc.

  • Two letters of reference.
