The Northumbria Undergraduate UK Scholarship 2023

The Northumbria Undergraduate UK Scholarship for the academic year 2023/24 is designed for UK/Home students applying to pursue Full-Time Undergraduate courses at Northumbria University. This scholarship aims to support academically gifted students in achieving their educational goals and shaping a better future.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be UK/Home students, including those eligible to pay home fees.
• Applicants must achieve at least 144 points (or equivalent) from their best three qualifications, such as AAA at A Level or DDD at BTEC.
• Applicants must apply for and enroll in one of the eligible Full-Time Undergraduate courses at Northumbria University's Newcastle Upon Tyne campus, starting in September 2023.
• Applicants must choose Northumbria as their firm choice by 08 June 2023.
• Applicants must meet all individual entry requirements for their chosen course.
• Applicants must be self-funded students and not sponsored by an employer.
• Applicants must register with the appropriate Student Finance Provider.

Value of the Scholarship :

Successful students will receive a GBP 3,500 cash scholarship during the first year of their undergraduate studies.

Application Process:

• Eligible students will be automatically considered for the scholarship.
• No separate application is required.
• The selection process includes consideration of UCAS personal statements or portfolios for shortlisted Architecture students.
• Successful students will be notified by Friday 29 September (subject to change).

The deadline for choosing Northumbria as the firm choice is 08 June 2023.
