International Creative Excellence Master's Degree Scholarship

The International Creative Excellence Master's Degree Scholarship supports new international students who demonstrate creative excellence through a portfolio and by enrolling in the first year of an eligible master's degree at Massey University's College of Creative Arts.

Eligibility criteria for the International Creative Excellence Master's Degree Scholarship:

• Applicants must be international students.
• Applicants must be new to Massey University.
• Applicants must intend to enroll full-time in the first year of an eligible master's degree in Semester 1 (February) 2027.
• Applicants must demonstrate creative excellence and creative potential through a portfolio.
• Applicants must be enrolled in either Master of Commercial Music, Master of Fine Arts, or Master of Screen Arts.

Application process for the International Creative Excellence Master's Degree Scholarship:

• Applicants must submit a digital portfolio of creative work in PDF format.
• Applicants must submit a short written statement of approximately 300 words outlining their creative purpose.
• Applicants must not use social media links such as TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook as portfolio submissions.
• Selection is based on the portfolio of creative works and the statement of creative purpose.

Award: up to NZD 10,000
