The David Phillips Memorial Scholarship is for students enrolled full-time in the ELICOS English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Program who can demonstrate hardship.

Eligibility criteria for the David Phillips Memorial Scholarship at RMIT University 2026:

Students must be from a non-English-speaking background.
Students must have an Australian bank account.
Students must be enrolled full-time in RMIT English Worldwide’s ELICOS Academic English Program.
Students must be able to demonstrate circumstances that impact their ability to study, such as:
- Financial hardship
- Living with a disability or long-term medical condition or identifying as neurodivergent
- Experiencing personal/family/social difficulties.

Application process for the David Phillips Memorial Scholarship at RMIT University 2026:

Students need to submit an online form before the closing date to be eligible for the scholarship.
