The Aston University is offering Ph.D. studentships in the School of Engineering and Applied Science undertaken in the Computer Science Research Group at Aston University.

Eligibility

  • The applicants for Ph.D. Studentship in Evolutionary Computation for Self-Organising Systems, 2017 can be of any nationality.
  • The candidates should have a first or upper second class honors degree in Computer Science or a related field that has a strong focus on the programming.
  • The applicants should have a good understanding of SQL and Java.
  • The candidates who have experience and knowledge in evolutionary computation, self-organising systems and who have written scientific papers are highly preferred.
  • The successful candidates should join the Aston Institute for Systems Analytics which is newly formed.
