The Ruth C. Roe Scholarship is a need-based scholarship offered by the Tulane School of Social Work.

Eligibility Criteria for the Ruth C. Roe Scholarship:

Applicants must:

Be enrolled in the Tulane University School of Social Work.
Demonstrate academic merit and financial need as determined by the university.

Preference is given to applicants who:

Intend to work in the field of medical social work.
Are from Mobile County.
Are members of Government Street Presbyterian Church in Mobile.
