Pears University is offering Ph.D. Scholarships at the Middle East and North Africa Centre at the University of Sussex, 2017 which are available from September 2017.
Eligibility criteria:
- Students must propose a doctoral research project that falls in one of the Centre's main areas of study: Middle Eastern, Israeli and North African Studies.
- Candidates applying for Ph.D. Scholarships at the Middle East and North Africa Centre at the University of Sussex, 2017 must have been accepted into a Ph.D. course in the humanities or social sciences included in the following schools:

- History, Art History, and Philosophy
- Media, Film, and Music
- Business, Management, and Economics
- Education and Social Work
- Global Studies
- Institute of Development Studies
- Law, Politics, and Sociology
- Students having an excellent academic background, including the methodological training and/or language skills required to start their research project will be successful in receiving the scholarship.
