The PhD project will focus on developing machine learning, statistical, and bioinformatic algorithms for the analysis of microscopic images and data obtained by various biochemical and biological assays.
Eligibility criteria:
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Meet the entry requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy.
- Be highly motivated and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Have master's or Honors degrees in computer science or engineering.
- Have computer science skills and some experience with statistical, machine learning, and image processing techniques.
- Having a background in electrical, mechanical, and biomedical engineering can also apply.
