- Be transferring from a UOW offshore campus (UOW Dubai, UOW Malaysia, or UOW Hong Kong) to an onshore UOW campus in Australia.
- Have no more than a 12-month gap between their last session of enrollment at the offshore campus and the commencement of their studies at UOW Australia.
- Hold an eligible offer issued on or after 26 September 2024 for studies commencing in 2025 or later.
- Not be in receipt of more than one UOW scholarship, sponsorship, or bursary for the same course
