Naturopathic Medicine Indigenous Student Scholarship at Southern Cross University 2026

Introduction: 

The Naturopathic Medicine Indigenous Student Scholarship is available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who are enrolled in the Bachelor of Health Science (Health and Lifestyle) and/or the Master of Naturopathic Medicine. It provides support during their degree and encourages more Indigenous participation in the naturopathic medicine field.

Eligibility requirement for Naturopathic Medicine Indigenous Student Scholarship at Southern Cross University 2026:

• Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
• Be Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia.
• Be enrolled in the Bachelor of Health Science (Health and Lifestyle) or the Master of Naturopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University.
• Making satisfactory academic progress.

Value of the scholarship:

A AUD 2,500 award is available to support a full-time student

Application Process:

• Applicants must complete the scholarship application form, respond to the selection criteria, and meet eligibility requirements including identifying as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, being an Australian citizen or permanent resident, maintaining satisfactory academic progress, and being enrolled in an eligible Southern Cross University program.
• Selection is based on how the scholarship will support education, its impact on studies, and the applicant’s motivations and goals in naturopathic medicine, with successful recipients eligible to receive up to AUD 2,500 and later provide a reflection on the scholarship’s impact for university reporting and promotion purposes.
