Fitzpatrick - Clayton - Kissler Scholarship at Texas State University 2025

The Fitzpatrick-Clayton-Kissler Scholarship is designed to support undergraduate and graduate History Majors at Texas State University, particularly those who are pursuing or planning to pursue careers in teaching history. 

Eligibility Criteria for Fitzpatrick - Clayton - Kissler Scholarship at Texas State University 2025:

• Applicants must be majoring in History.
• Applicants must be enrolled in an eligible undergraduate or graduate program.
• Undergraduate applicants must have completed at least 30 hours at Texas State University.
• Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA in history and a minimum 3.5 GPA overall.
• Applicants with less than 30 credit college credit hours must also submit their ACT or SAT scores as well as their high school ranking.
• Preference will be given to:
  • Undergraduate or Graduate students who are seeking teacher certification in history or
  • Graduate students who already have their teacher certification but who are continuing their education.
