Eligibility Criteria for the RMIT Research International Tuition Fee Scholarship 2026:

Have been offered or be in the process of enrolling in a Master by Research or PhD research degree at RMIT.
Demonstrate high academic merit, such as:
- High distinction grades (80% or higher), or
- Equivalent research outputs or professional experience.
English language requirements must be met by the scholarship closing date.
Be primarily based at an RMIT Australian campus during the scholarship period.
Must not already hold the same or higher level research degree already (e.g., PhD applicants must not already have a PhD).
Must not have previously held a similar funded postgraduate research scholarship, unless it was terminated within specified conditions.

Value of the RMIT Research International Tuition Fee Scholarship 2026:

Full tuition fee coverage for the standard research candidature:
- PhD: up to 4 years
- Master by Research: up to 2 years
Overseas Student Health Cover
