Eligibility Criteria for the RMIT Research International Tuition Fee Scholarship 2026:
- Have been offered or be in the process of enrolling in a Master by Research or PhD research degree at RMIT.
- Demonstrate high academic merit, such as:
- High distinction grades (80% or higher), or
- Equivalent research outputs or professional experience.
- English language requirements must be met by the scholarship closing date.
- Be primarily based at an RMIT Australian campus during the scholarship period.
- Must not already hold the same or higher level research degree already (e.g., PhD applicants must not already have a PhD).
- Must not have previously held a similar funded postgraduate research scholarship, unless it was terminated within specified conditions.
Value of the RMIT Research International Tuition Fee Scholarship 2026:

- PhD: up to 4 years
- Master by Research: up to 2 years
