Eligibility Criteria of the University of Michigan–Flint First-Year Merit Scholarships:

Applicants must:

Be first-year students enrolling directly after high school.
Have strong cumulative high school GPA.
Submit SAT/ACT scores (optional but may increase award).
Not have attended another college/university after high school graduation.
Meet renewal requirements (minimum 2.75 GPA and full-time enrollment of 12–18 credits/term)..
