- Applicants must be commencing full-time undergraduate studies.
- Applicants must have been residents of Prince George for at least five years immediately before attending UNBC.
- Applicants must demonstrate academic proficiency.
- Applicants must demonstrate outstanding citizenship through school, college, or community involvement.
- Financial need may also be considered.
