Terry Palmer and Fiona Seaward Jessup Moot Scholarship at the University of Western Australia 2025

Introduction: 

The Terry Palmer and Fiona Seaward Jessup Moot Scholarship is offered by the University of Western Australia through the generous support of Terry Palmer and Fiona Seaward. The scholarship provides award to assist a high-achieving domestic student experiencing financial hardship to participate in the LAWS5162 Jessup International Moot Competition as part of the Juris Doctor program at UWA.

Eligibility requirements for the Terry Palmer and Fiona Seaward Jessup Moot Scholarship at the University of Western Australia:

• Applicants must be domestic students.
• Must be experiencing financial hardship, demonstrated by:
  • Receiving a means-tested Commonwealth income support payment or submitting a statement of financial hardship.
• Must be enrolled, or eligible to enroll, full-time in the Juris Doctor.

Value of the scholarship:

A full-time student will be awarded AUD 5,000.
