Eligibility Criteria for Amsterdam Merit Scholarship (AMS):
Applicants must:
- Hold a non-EU nationality only.
- Have excellent academic results and rank among the top percentile of students.
- Not be entitled to receive a Dutch study grant or loan (“Studiefinanciering”).
- Not receive another full-coverage scholarship for the same study period.
- Submit a complete application to an eligible Master’s programme at UvA Economics and Business before the deadline.
- Be able to comply with Dutch visa regulations set by the Dutch Immigration Service (IND).
Value of Amsterdam Merit Scholarship (AMS):
The scholarship provides:
- Full tuition fee coverage
- Additional allowance of €5,000
