The world's top engineering and technology universities are thought to be the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). They rank among the most popular brands in India as well. In a new beginning, the Indian government is providing fellowships under this initiative, exclusively for ASEAN candidates, to pay for their doctoral studies at any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) of their choosing. This is a unique program that is not like any other government of India initiative, including Study in India or any other fellowship. It doesn't, therefore, follow a similar application process with them.
